“Absolutely delicious. Got the Tonkotsu with curly noodles, and spicy. It was excellent. Creamy, full of flavor broth. I didn’t feel the need to add any salt or soy sauce or additional spice. Egg cooked perfectly gooey. And the pork was full of flavor, and not all fat like you usually find. They two slices were thick and cooked with flavor. Also, killer music choices. I look forward to coming back!”
